Calls to Mexico Require 10 Digits (November 2004)

Verizon Long Distance – Trouble With Completion (September 2005)
Verizon Long Distance’s recording indicating that there will be trouble with completion of this call for an extended period. This appeared after Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast area in August 2005.
Verizon Long Distance – Fraud Concerns (October 2003)
Verizon Long Distance’s recording stating that the number you dialed cannot be completed due to fraud concerns. This was from an attempted international call where the per-minute rates are very high.
